لغات رایتینگ تسک 1 آکادمیک

برای دستیابی به یک نمره خوب در رایتینگ تسک 1 آزمون آیلتس باید علاوه بر آشنایی ساختار مکانیکی رایتینگ و گرامر، از دایره لغات و عبارات خوبی نیز برخوردار باشید. در این بخش از مطلب آفاق آیلتس، به عبارات و لغات مورد نیاز برای استفاده در رایتینگ تسک 1 آکادمیک نگاهی می اندازیم.

در پایان این مطلب، تمرینی وجود دارد که دانش شما را نسبت به این لغات و عبارات ارزیابی می کند. سعی کنید خود نیز با جمله سازی های مختلف در موقعیت های مختلف این لغات را تمرین کنید تا بتوانید بدون اشتباه از آنها در آزمونتان استفاده کنید.

لغات بسیار مهم برای رایتینگ تسک 1 آکادمیک

حالا که توضیحات اولیه درباره لغات بسیار مهم برای رایتینگ تسک 1 آکادمیک را گفتیم در ادامه به مثال های عملی آن میپردازیم.

 استفاده از لغت ‘NUMBER”

این کلمه هم میتواند به عنوان فعل(VERB)  و هم به عنوان اسم (NOUN) استفاده شود.

Example Sentences:

• Cars produced in Japan number around 9 million units at present.
• Cars production in Japan numbered around 9 million units last year.
• Coal exports in The USA outnumbered steel exports throughout the whole period.

• The number of cars produced in Japan last year stood at around 9 million, outnumbering The USA (7 million).

برای کلمه ‘people’ نیز از آنجایی که یک اسم قابل شمارش است، از ‘the number of’  استفاده می کنیم.

• The number of + countable noun

‘The number of people living in London has risen to around 10 million since 1970.’

• برای مقایسه نیز از کلمه ‘outnumber’ استفاده می کنیم.

‘The number of users on Facebook last year reached around 2 billion, outnumbering Twitter which stood at 1.5 billion users.’

نکته: یکی از راه های خوب پارافریز کردن ‘the number of’ استفاده کردن از عبارت ‘__the proportion of’  می باشد.

مثال بالا را به این شکل نیز می توان نوشت:

‘The proportion of users on Facebook last year reached around 2 billion, outnumbering Twitter which stood at 1.5 billion users.’

  

استفاده از لغت ‘Comprised / Accounted for’

 

• Comprise: to consist of particular parts
• Account for: to form a particular amount or part of something

Example sentences|:

1. Energy production in France comprised 6% of hydropower and 24% of nuclear power in 2010.
2. In 2010, hydropower and Nuclear power accounted for 6% and 24% of energy production in France respectively.
3. According to the graph, the number of coffee drinkers in Sydney accounts for approximately 57%.

استفاده از لغت ‘’total’

1. The number of cars produced in Japan totalled around 9 million last year.

استفاده از لغت ‘’amount’

The amount of ___________________.

 

1. The amount of electricity produced in Canada from hydroelectric power has risen sharply since 2012.
2. The amount of coal used in Australia doubled throughout the whole period.
3. Car production in The USA amounted to around 250,000 vehicles in the first half of 2015.

 

گاهی اوقات می توانید از کلمه ‘amount to’ که هم معنی با ‘in total’می باشد استفاده کنید.

 

 

استفاده از لغت ‘figure’

اگر می خواهید که از تکرار کلمات جلوگیری کنید، این عبارت می تواند جایگزین خوبی برای‘The number of” or ‘The proportion of’ باشد.

• اسم غیرقابل شمارش: The figure for___________ (unemployment)

• اسم قابل شمارش: The figure for____________ (people)

• کشورها: The figure for The USA

• درصد: The figure for _______ rose by 10%.

Example sentences:

1. The figure for people entering University reached a peak by 2014.
2. The figure for CO2 emissions in The UK dipped slightly by the end of the 30 years.
3. The population figures for India rose by 12% over the two decades.
4. The figure for unemployment dropped to 5% in 2015.

استفاده از لغت ‘period’

استفاده از این لغت راه بسیار خوبی برای پارافریز کردن یک بازه زمانی می باشد، مخصوصاً در بخش overview که بهتر است از جزئیات و ارقام استفاده نکنید. بنابراین به جای نوشتن مثلا “from 2000 to 2010” می تونیم بنویسیم:

1. “In a ten year period”
2. “Throughout the ten year period”
3. “Throughout the whole period.”

 در یک گرافی که یک بازه زمانی را نشان می دهد، اگر می خواهید به سال اول آن بازه اشاره کنید میتونید بنویسید: ”at the start of the period”

و اگر می خواهید به سال اخر اشاره کنید می گویید:  “at the end of the period”

همچنین می توانید از کلمه ی ‘time frame’ نیز استفاده کنید. مثلا: ‘over a 10-year time frame’
